Vegan Creamy Tahini Pasta

This vegan creamy tahini pasta is one of my favorite—and most popular recipes—and it’s universally loved whether you’re vegan or not! It couldn’t be easier and I promise it’ll be a staple for your fall/winter dinners! ⁣

INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup milk (hemp is nice and creamy for this)⁣⁣⁣

1/3 cup tahini 

3/4 cup nutritional yeast ⁣⁣⁣

1/4 cup olive oil 

1/4 cup lemon juice⁣⁣⁣

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder 

1/2 tsp smoked paprika ⁣

Salt (you’ll want to be generous here) and pepper to taste ⁣⁣⁣

Pasta and veggies of choice ⁣⁣

DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients & pour over hot pasta & veggies.
