This vegan creamy tahini pasta is one of my favorite—and most popular recipes—and it’s universally loved whether you’re vegan or not! It couldn’t be easier and I promise it’ll be a staple for your fall/winter dinners!
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup milk (hemp is nice and creamy for this)
1/3 cup tahini
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Salt (you’ll want to be generous here) and pepper to taste
Pasta and veggies of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Blend ingredients & pour over hot pasta & veggies.
