Vanilla Chai Cinnamon Bun 1 Minute Mug Cake

VANILLA CHAI CINNAMON BUN 1 MINUTE MUG CAKE. Sorry for yelling but it’s my new favorite!! If you’re over chocolate or you want to switch up your dessert and get some collagen protein – and ashwagandha and magnesium – this is for you!⁣

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp coconut flour⁣

1 egg

1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla chai collagen protein

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar)

1/4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp milk of choice (I used hemp)⁣

1 tsp cinnamon⁣

Optional: vanilla extract, pinch of salt, chocolate chips ⁣

For frosting:⁣ dairy free cream cheese (or coconut oil/butter) and maple syrup (just combine until you get the flavor you want)⁣

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly⁣

Add egg and mix

Microwave for 1 minute (if it’s not cooked through just continue at 30 second intervals)

Glaze and enjoy!
