I was craving creamy pasta with a little heat and this spicy vegan tahini alfredo did the trick. Plus, it takes 20 minutes total so you can’t beat that!
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup milk (hemp is nice and creamy for this)
1/3 cup tahini
3/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh garlic)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional but delish)
Chili oil to taste (you could also use hot sauce)
Lots of salt and some pepper
Pasta and veggies of choice
DIRECTIONS:
Blend ingredients and pour over hot pasta. Easy!
