Hey salmon lovers, this one’s for you. Actually, you can throw this SOY FREE teriyaki-ish sauce on whatever you’d like and it’ll be delicious! This is a take on a recipe I always had growing up but I replaced the soy sauce with coconut aminos. (There’s a similar one in my cookbook.) There aren’t exact measurements but I’ll give you “ish-es” and you can take it from there. Just taste as you go and adjust according to your liking.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp honey
Fresh ginger or a pinch of ginger powder
Sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450 Farenheit
Cook salmon for about 15 minutes
Mix all ingredients together, add sauce to salmon and broil for 1-2 minutes to lock it in
