One of my favorite super easy sweet treats are these “Snickers” dates. I actually bought these at Erewhon and was like, wait I can make these in two seconds! So, it’s not so much a recipe as a method but here’s how:
Crunchy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
Chocolate to melt (I use Hu Kitchen)
Slice dates open and stuff with peanut butter.
Coat a small pot with oil (I use avocado oil spray) and heat chocolate over low heat; let sit until it’s thickened a little.
Pour over dates (or dip) and then sprinkle them with a little salt.
Freeze until chocolate is hard, then you can keep them in the fridge.
