My favorite way to add a little protein to a plant-based meal/bowl is by adding this sauce! You can adjust this to your liking with extra spices, nutritional yeast, whatever makes you happy!
INGREDIENTS:
16oz tofu (I used firm)
3 tbsp plant-based milk of choice
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Blend together and that’s it! I love adding it to a veggie/rice bowl. Enjoy!
