Yep, cauliflower in smoothies. What a time to be alive. In all seriousness, this is an amazing way make a smoothie nice and thick and much lower in carbohydrates than one that is fruit based. Carbs are our friends but if you like to drink smoothies all the time and in addition to regular meals instead of in place of, veggie based is your new bestie!

Ingredients
1 cup frozen cauliflower (I prefer riced but whole is fine)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 packet unsweetened acai
1 cup nut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1tsp maca powder
*for extra thickness add 1/4 avocado
Directions
put in blender and blend and drink
