My Go-To Veggie & Rice Bowl

This is my go-to bowl lately. You can really add anything you’d like here, I just love this flavor combo and the sauce is so good! Really any rice/veggie/protein would work.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup rice

1 egg

1/2 cup broccoli

1/2 avocado

Seaweed snacks, sliced

Green onion

Sauce (I used Fly by Jing crunchy chili sauce)

DIRECTIONS:

Just cook everything and add it to a bowl! 

I roasted my broccoli to get it crispy and did the egg over high heat to get the edges nice and crispy too. Enjoy!
