Who knew you could make cookies in five minutes in the air fryer? These oatmeal chocolate chip cookies definitely satisfied my sweet craving and could not be easier!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oats
11/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Splash of vanilla
Chocolate chips, walnuts, cranberries…whatever you want to add to them!
Sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine ingredients (except salt) until thoroughly mixed, then roll into balls and flatten to about 1/2” thick (they won’t spread in fryer)
Air fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown
Remove, add some sea salt and enjoy!
