3 Ingredient Vegan Pancakes

When I’m feeling lazy on the weekend but want to whip up some pancakes, this is my go-to easy breakfast recipe! Also, they’re super healthy and you can customize them with whatever you want… who’s going to try them?

INGREDIENTS:

3 cups oats⁣

2 ripe bananas ⁣

2 cups plant based milk (adjust depending on your preferred consistency, I like mine thick)⁣

DIRECTIONS:

Blend ingredients together in a blender or food processor

Pour over a skillet and get them nice and lightly browned on each side⁣

Add desired toppings and enjoy!
