I made Martha Stewart’s 10 minute one pot pasta and it was delish! This could not be easier and there’s room to customize it and add your own flavors! Here’s how I did it (I modified a few things).
INGREDIENTS:
12oz linguini (I did not use gluten free)
12oz halved cherry tomatoes
4 cups water
2 sprigs basil, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Add all ingredients to a skillet/pan and boil, stirring frequently until noodles are al dente and water is evaporated!
The pasta water gives it a nice sauce and you can add cheese or nutritional yeast once it’s cooked for extra flavor.
