Blondies over brownies, amirite or am I biased? Once you make these VEGAN, GF blondies I promise you’ll never go back.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup GF baking flour
1 cup coconut sugar (you can reduce and still get great flavor, I made them with 3/4 too)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup dairy-free milk (I used hemp)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips (I used Hu Kitchen gems)
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit
Combine all dry ingredients until completely blended, then add wet ingredients; stir well
Fold in chocolate chips at the end
Add to a 9×5 pan, ensuring it’s all even
Bake for 12-15 minutes (some ovens may need more)
Remove, let cool & enjoy!
