VANILLA CHAI CINNAMON BUN 1 MINUTE MUG CAKE. Sorry for yelling but it’s my new favorite!! If you’re over chocolate or you want to switch up your dessert and get some collagen protein – and ashwagandha and magnesium – this is for you!
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 scoop Ancient Nutrition vanilla chai collagen protein
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used coconut sugar)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp milk of choice (I used hemp)
1 tsp cinnamon
Optional: vanilla extract, pinch of salt, chocolate chips
For frosting: dairy free cream cheese (or coconut oil/butter) and maple syrup (just combine until you get the flavor you want)
Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly
Add egg and mix
Microwave for 1 minute (if it’s not cooked through just continue at 30 second intervals)
Glaze and enjoy!
