Protein Oats

This is probably my most requested recipe as of late is, so here’s how I make my protein oats. It’s not so much a recipe as a method and it just comes down to using less water when you cook.⁣

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup oats

3/4 (ish) cup water

1 scoop protein powder of choice

Toppings of choice – I like blueberries and nuts

DIRECTIONS:

Add oats and water to a pot and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until water is absorbed and oats are soft.

Add protein powder (you can add a little more water if needed) and stir until thoroughly combined.

The key to thick oats is just using as little water as possible!

Add toppings and enjoy!
