ROLE: Executive Assistant (Part-time; highly likely it will move to full-time)

This person will act as the liaison between my management team, web team, brands, podcast network, guests, and more. Because of that, this person should be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, have strong attention to detail and written/communication skills, and be able to successfully manage my calendar and bookings—among other EA tasks that arise.

This person should be creative, highly organized, PROFESSIONAL!, and reliable.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be based in Los Angeles – mix of remote and in-person work
Must have a car
Must have a personal computer
Must be able to travel
Must be proficient in Asana and other scheduling apps
Social media experience is a huge plus but not required. If you have any, let me know.

Start date: ASAP

ROLE: Social Media Manager (Part-time)

This person will be able to jump in as my social media manager with the potential to move into a full-time role. This person must be up to date with social media trends and be proficient in producing always-evolving social content.

This role will include content strategy + ideation, creation, editing, and posting content on apps like Instagram and TikTok.
