I’m not counting macros at the moment (and right now I’m in DC) so this changes daily but most of my days look like the following!
Snack: Bulletproof Vanilla Shortbread bar
Lunch: Sauteed kale with roasted brussels sprouts, mushrooms and butternut squash, vegan kale pesto
Snack: Acai smoothie bowl (frozen acai packet, steamed frozen cauliflower, frozen blueberries, nut milk) with grain free granola, assorted toppings
Snack: GF crackers with avocado
Dinner: Fish or steak (occasionally); roasted Japanese sweet potato, roasted vegetables
Dessert: Hail Mary Almond Butter Cups or Living Raw truffles
