Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Gluten free, refined sugar free cinnamon toast crunch! This was my favorite growing up and I’ve been craving it soo here we are!⁣⁣⁣


1.5 cups almond flour ⁣⁣⁣

3/4 cup coconut sugar ⁣⁣⁣

1 egg⁣⁣⁣

2 tbsp ghee or coconut oil (ghee really makes it taste authentic though)⁣⁣⁣

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but gives a nice crunch)⁣⁣⁣

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Pinch of salt



Preheat oven to 375 Fahrenheit

Combine dry ingredients first, then add in wet ingredients; you may need to add a tsp water to get the dough to really mix⁣⁣⁣

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll dough into strips, about 2-3 inches wide⁣⁣⁣

Flatten to about 1/8” (result should be as long as the width of the baking sheet and a few inches wide)⁣⁣⁣

Use a sharp knife to cut lines where you will break the pieces apart⁣⁣⁣

Bake for about 8-10 minutes, checking periodically⁣⁣⁣

Once they are starting to rise a bit, remove from oven and flatten again! I just placed a paper towel on top and gently pressed down⁣⁣

Dust with additional coconut sugar ⁣⁣⁣

Return to oven until they start to brown ⁣⁣⁣

Remove, let cool and enjoy!
