Cashew Caramel Oats

Breakfast has become by far my favorite meal of the day, with lunch being in absolute last place, like breakfast – dinner – dessert – snacks – lunch. So, if you love breakfast as much as I do, then you’ll love this oatmeal! What’s your favorite meal of the day?

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup nut milk

1 tsp maca

1tbsp chia seeds

Cashew butter

Banana, blueberries, cashews, hemp seeds and honey (or whatever toppings you like)

DIRECTIONS:

Combine the oats, water, nut milk, maca and chia seeds and bring to a boil.

Simmer and sir until the oats have thickened.

Stir in a scoop of cashew butter.

Top with another scoop of cashew butter, banana, blueberries, cashews, hemp seeds and honey (or whatever toppings you prefer). Enjoy!
