What kind of exercise do you do?
I began doing Kayla Itsines’ BBG program in February 2016. After doing that for a year and a half, I did Paola Marquez’s S2BM program for several months. I’m currently doing BBG Stronger on the SWEAT app.
Do you follow a meal plan?
I count macros 75-80% of the time but don’t believe in being too rigid.
What do you do for work?
I work in behavioral health, specializing as a consultant with a group of clinicians who work with individuals – and their families – who suffer from substance use and/or mental health disorders. We don’t solely address an afflicted individual’s behavioral health issues, we also address every relevant, related issue that hinders the individual and their family.
